Assign Forms to a Store on Mobile

If you open to a store details page and do not see the form you are looking for, this may be due to the form not being assigned to this store. You can assign any active forms to a store by doing the following:

  1. From the store details page tap on the ellipses menu at the top right(...) and tap Edit Store.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Store screen and tap on Forms. This will bring up a list of all active forms. Select the forms you wish to assign to this store and tap the back button.

  3. Tap Update Store to apply the changes.
